Monday – 8 Miles in 58:40 [7:20 per mile] – Did 3×1 mile at 6:15 on the treadmill (eq 6:31) w/ 600 meters jogging rest

Tuesday – AM – 3 Miles in 30:00 [10:00 per mile] – Easy run with Sara and the dogs around the bikepath in the morning…
Tuesday – PM – 10 Miles in 1:09:07 [6:54 per mile] – For a treadmill run at 6:54 pace, this felt incredibly easy. Starting to feel like I’m popping into really good shape right now

Wednesday – 6 Miles in 40:59 [6:49 per mile] – Again, felt very comfortable. Could’ve run many more at this pace! PR coming in 3.5 weeks. I can feel it!

Thursday – 12.5 Miles in 1:42:02 [8:09 per mile] – 2 mi wu – 6 mile MP (last 3 felt like crap) and a 4.5 mi cd

Friday – 4.5 Miles in 36:00 [8:00 per mile] – Felt like garbage. Back was a little sore-ish.

Saturday – 3 miles in 30:00 [10:00 per mile] – Ran w/ Sara, Q & dogs on Sara’s bday. Back is awfully sore & I’m not sure why

Sunday – 18 Miles in 2:24:00 [8:00 per mile] – Felt fantastic. Back was hurting coming into this run which is why I did it on the TM instead of getting beat up outside. Felt really strong. Never felt literally ANY fatigue
