/Weekly Running Report – 7/15-7-21

Monday – 10 Miles in 1:14:00 [7:24 per mile] – 400-800-1200-800-400 interval workout with 2:30 jog rest. Went 1:35, 3:10, 4:45, 3:10, 1:35

Tuesday – 6 Miles in 44:45 [7:27 per mile] – Ran hilly Detroit Mountain course for first time. Tough run and it was hot, but fun.

Wednesday – 8 Miles in 1:09:00 [8:37 per mile] – Easy run in extra hot sun with Derek. Felt really good

Thursday – 6 Miles in 44:34 [7:25 per mile] – Easy running before work. Stunk waking up early, but felt good to get this in

Friday – 4 Miles in 32:00 [8:00 per mile] – Very easy running day before half. Feel fantastic. Excited for tomorrow!

Saturday – 16 Miles in 1:58:00 [7:22 per mile] – Ran the Perham Harrier Half Marathon in 1:33:05 (read race report here). Happy but not completely satisfied with my results. 1 mi wu, 2 mi cd.

Sunday – 7 Miles in 57:03 [8:09 per mile] – Easy running at the lake. Right calf a bit tight after race but overall not bad. No push whatsoever and was running pretty decent clip
