Again, it seemed like an appropriate time to bust out the “good running song” series. A lot of you have likely made a New Year’s resolutions that somehow correlate to you working out more. Whether or not you stay committed to your goal is obviously up to you and what motivates you. But having a few good songs on the playlist doesn’t hurt. That being said, every week for (at least) the next four weeks, I’m going to hit you up with a list of 20 good running songs that are the soundtrack to my life for at least 3-4 hours every single week. I’m sure this would work for weight lifting, speed walking, or checkers just as well as it works for me for running, as well. Grab yourself a Spotify account and enjoy!
